Terms of Mobile Services

Gudindetemplet's mobile messaging service (hereinafter the "Service") is operated by Gudindetemplet (“Goddess Temple”, “we” or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions (the "Mobile Terms"). We may change or discontinue the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also change these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after the effective date of such changes will constitute your acceptance of those changes.

By consenting to the Goddess Temple's SMS/Text Message Service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/Text Messages from and on behalf of the Goddess Temple via your wireless carrier to the mobile number you have provided, even if your mobile number is registered to a state or federal " Do Not Call" list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may contain offers, promotions and other marketing offers (eg reminders about products in the basket).

You understand that you do not have to join this program to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of purchasing anything from Goddess Temple. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all costs and fees associated with receiving text messages that your wireless carrier may charge. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your cellular plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all costs related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless carrier.

You can unsubscribe from the Service at any time. Send the STOP command to Gudindetemp or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You will receive a one-time confirmation of cancellation. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless initiated by you. If you have signed up for other Goddess Temple mobile messaging programs and wish to cancel them, you must, unless otherwise required by applicable law, separately unsubscribe from those programs by following the instructions in their respective mobile terms.

For support or help with the Service, you can send the message HELP to Gudindetemp or send an e-mail to info@gudindetemplet.dk .

We may change any card number or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that messages, including STOP or HELP requests, sent to a card number or phone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers that support the Service are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you must register for the program again with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we are not responsible for the failed, delayed or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information and/or any action you may take or fail to take in reliance to the information or the Service.
