HOW OFTEN IS IT RECOMMENDED TO STEAM YONI:

• Self-care: 1-4 times a month
• Pain, cramps, bloating, exhaustion: 2-3 times right at the end of your lunar cycle, so as close to the start of your period as possible, but not during your period
• Fertility: 1-2 times a week (just not during ovulation!)
• Postpartum healing: 2-3 times a week for 4 weeks (only start 1-2 weeks after birth or when bleeding eases)
• Menopause: 3-4 times a year

COURSE OF ACTION:

Let a large handful of yoni steam herbs simmer in a pot filled with water for approx. 10 minutes Remove the pot and place it either under a chair with a wicker seat, a stool with a hole or, most easily, in the toilet bowl. Remember to check that the steam is not too hot, because you don't want to burn your dear pussy. Wrap a blanket around your body and the pan so that the heat is trapped. Sit for 30 min. and relax.

Yoni steaming is for external use only and should not be done during menstruation, during fever and infections, immediately after caesarean section and during pregnancy, or if you think you are pregnant or have an IUD inserted.
