1. Preparation: Make sure the rod is not damaged. Start by rinsing the stick under running water for 10 seconds. Make sure it is clean and damp before use. DO NOT soak the wand completely in water as it is fragile. Clean your hands and vaginal area with water and pat dry.

2. Introduction: Relax and make yourself comfortable. For easy insertion, always moisten the wand or use coconut oil. Slowly and carefully insert 3/4 of the length of the rod into the vagina and let it rest in there for no more than 2 minutes.

6. After use: After each use you can feel an increased tightness in the vagina. Allow time to allow the inner skin to naturally change. Therefore, avoid inserting anything into the vagina for at least 5 days after using the wand. This includes yoni eggs, dildos, penises, fingers, tampons and menstrual cups.
