HOW TO INSERT A MENSTRUAL CUP

  • Boil the cup in boiling water before use and before each menstrual cycle
  • Wash your hands thoroughly with warm water and soap
  • Fold the cup and insert it into the vagina in a position that opens up the pelvic floor for easy insertion
  • Slide the cup up to a comfortable position and trim some of the stem if it is too long.

SIZES:

  • Extra Small: 3.8cm wide x 5.6cm long (20ml) - Good for people who have not had penetration, have a shorter vaginal canal or have tension in the lower abdomen.
  • Small-Medium: 4.4 cm wide x 6.5 cm long (25 ml) - Good for people up to 30 years old or who have not given birth.
  • Medium-Large: 4.8 cm wide x 7 cm long (35 ml) - Good for people over 30 and/or who have given birth.

Orders within Europe are delivered with DAO Express and DHL. Allow 5-7 business days for delivery once dispatched.

International orders outside Europe are shipped with DHL Express and transit time will vary from 2 to 10 working days at the moment the parcel is dispatched.

The Goddess Temple delivers primarily to all European countries and Iceland and Norway. Let us know if you want the shipping to another country and we will see if that can be arranged.

Det kræver lidt tilvænning, men efter at have fundet fidusen er den ret nem at håndtere, og jeg mærker den ikke. Jeg har heller ikke blødt igennem, hvilket jeg lidt frygtede i starten.

Jeg startede med en i størrelse "lille-medium", men den føltes lidt for stor, så er gået over til til "ekstra lille" selv om jeg er over 30 og har født.

Jeg købte også sterilisatoren - fungerer super sammen med koppen :)
